Coronavirus wake-up call for journalism

In this conversation with coach and author Caroline Stokes, we talked about the COVID-19 shock to the system for journalism, accelerating layoffs and closures across the board.

In it, I argue that the crisis is a wake-up call for the media, forcing journalists and the institutions of journalism to ask what they need to know to be more relevant to people when reliable and trustworthy news is needed more than ever.

The interview is part of Caroline’s “Get Stoked: Lead Forward” series.
