M/C Journal issue on 20 years of Twitter out now

The issue of M/C Journal on Twitter I co-edited with Axel Bruns, is out now.

This past term, I launched a new one-and-a-half-credit, six-week intensive graduate course in AI and Journalism.

I was recently recognized with a regional award from the RTDNA Canada in the opinion category.

My outstanding research contributions have been recognized with a 2024 UBC Killam Research Prize.
